Fenugreek Diamond Biscuits ( Best and Easy to prepare )



Ingredients:


Wheat flour: 1/2 cup

Bengal Gram flour: 1/2 cup

Suji/Bombay rava: 1/2 cup

All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup

Red chilli powder: 1 tsp

Kasoori menthi ( Dried Fenugreek leaves ): 1/2 cup

Gingly seeds: 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil: 1/4 cup 



To Fry:

Oil: as required to fry



Method:

Take a bowl, Add all ingredients listed under ingredients, one after other. Combine well.

Now, by adding water to above mixture make  a soft dough.

Now, make balls from dough.

Take above balls and roll each with Rolling pin to make chapathi/roti( 1 ball = 1 chapathi/roti )

Using knife or Diamond shape cutter cut the chapathi/roti into diamond shapes.

Take another bowl, add oil, heat it. Heat the oil till it is hot enough to fry.

Drop 4 to 6 diamonds into oil slowly and deep fry them till its color changes to golden brown color( fry both sides by flipping, so that both sides will be fried).
