Toddy ( Kallu/Palm wine ) Chicken is famous in Telangana, It tastes very yummy along with toddy.
Ingredients:
Cumin pwd: 1 tsp
Coriander Leasves: 1
bunch ( chopped )
Coriander pwd : 1 tsp
Green Chillis: 2
no.( slit )
Salt : as per taste
Crused
Ginger-Garlic: 1 tsp
Turmeric : 1/4
tsp
Garam Masala: 1 tsp
Red chilli pwd: 2 tsp
Chicken: 500 gms
Toddy ( Kallu/ Palm
wine ): 2 cup
Method:
Take
crushed ginger garlic in a hot pot, add chicken, coriander powder, cumin
powder, garam masala, turmeric, chilly powder, salt, and add toddy mix it well,
Cover it with lid and cook it for some time, add chopped coriander, Turn off the flame.
Serve
this with hot rice, chapattis.
Note: This
Curry should be cooked in Pot.
