Ingredients :
Kheema (ground meat) : 500 gms,
Onion : 1, finely chopped
Green Chillies : 1 or 2, finely chopped.
Ginger - Garlic paste : 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves : 1 tbsp ( chopped )
Red Chili powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Garam Masala powder : 1 tsp
Coriander leaves : 1 tbsp ( chopped )
Red Chili powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Garam Masala powder : 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil in
a pan.
Add onions and
green chili. Sauté for few minutes.
Add ginger - garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell disappears.
Add kheema,salt
and red chili powder.
Fry on medium
heat stirring frequently to avoid burning or sticking to the pan.
When almost
done, add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
Fry for few
more minutes till done.
Serve hot with
rice/roti/chapathi.
