Ingredients:
Button Mushrooms :-150 grams
Capsicum :-1
Onions :-2
Oil :-1 tsp
Garlic :-2 cloves ( chopped)
Salt and Black pepper powder as per your taste
Preparation:
Clean mushroom and chop it into medium size pieces .
Slice Onions and Capsicum into thin strips.

Method
Heat oil (no seasoning required) add onion, garlic and saute till onions turn golden brown.
Then add capsicum and cook for a few minutes.
Add chopped mushrooms and cook covered on low flames, keep stirring in frequent times.( no need to add water as mushroom oozes out water)
After it is slightly cooked, add required salt and pepper Powder and cook till all the water gets evaporated.
Enjoy with Roti/Chapathi or any flavored rice.
