Ingredients:
Rice
: 2 cups
Moong
dal : 1 cup
Salt
as required
Oil
: 1 - 2 tsp
Red
chillis :- 4 nos ( break them into 2
pieces )
Mustard seeds :- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds :- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves :- few
Mustard seeds :- 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds :- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves :- few
Method:
Wash
and drain the Moong dal, keep aside.
Wash
and drain the rice.
Start
cooking the rice, When water starts boiling add rinsed Moong dal.
Now
take a pan add oil and allow it to heat.
when
oil is hot add red chillis, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
After
2 minutes add cooked rice and combine well.
