Chilli Chicken

Chilli Chicken



Ingredients:

Chicken: 1 Kg ( small pieces )
Onions: 2 ( chopped )
Green chillis: 9 ( sliced )
Ginger Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Red chillis: 2
Salt: to taste
Oil: 5 tbsp
Chilli sauce: 3 tbsp
Tomato sauce: 1 tbsp
soya sauce: 4 tbsp
Turmeric: a pinch
Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp ( chopped )

Method:

Take a deep pan. Add Oil ( 2 tbsp ), let it heat.

Add chopped half of chopped onions, fry them until their color changes and continue for 5 more minutes.

Now, add Ginger garlic paste, Red chillis, Turmeric and fry them for 2 minutes. Now, add Chicken, 1 1/2 cup of water and salt.

When Chicken is cooked, Take Chicken and make gravy as a thick paste .

Mix this paste with Chicken.

Take another deep pan, add remaining oil and heat it.

Add remaining onions and green chillis, fry them for 1 minute.

Now, add that Chicken, along with three types of sauces and fry them for 2 to 5 minutes.

When done add Coriander leaves.

Chilli Chicken is ready.
